Please note:

Open flames or candles must be used with appropriate candle plates or enclosed in glass surrounds.

Cloths are to be used strictly as table coverings — not as draping, backdrops, or stair runners.
Any items such as fruit, food, or floral foam (e.g. oasis bricks) must be placed on a protective layer to avoid damage to the linen.
